Allie Boys plays like a perfectly curated mixtape. Eclectic but laser-focused. Seemingly predictable but endlessly surprising. The owners Staci & Ben, along with what they’ve created, have created music for your mouth.

Staci grew up in New York. Ben, originally from Wisconsin, grew up overseas in the Middle East. She ate bialys, he ate shawarmas. She hailed taxies, he hailed rickshaws. They met in Napa Valley, while learning to cook sustainably, seasonally, and thoughtfully.

Allie Boy’s is their collaboration of life, travel, culture, upbringing, and soul. It’s a modern Midwestern bagel shop and Luncheonette, serving up posh noshes in their vibrant new home of Milwaukee and embodying the foods and flavors of the nomadic diaspora.
