Mama Tried Motorcycle Show is an indoor invitational that connects motorcycles and builders to enthusiasts and riders alike. Keeping the fire stoked all winter long, the Show features over 100 motorcycles from builders of all calibers—flat-tracker, hill climber, chopper and bar hoppers.

It is a very eclectic demographic with taste preferences covering a full spectrum. Branding in years past have tapped into this unique audience with expressions that are as colorful as the show itself…always aiming to push it further to stimulate engagement.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with the Mama Tried crew over the years to enrich the landscape of the show, highlighting and reinforcing the unique perspective, dedication and attitude of this audience.

Gods Of The Road

Each year has its own flavor. This particular year, we chose to lean heavily into the comparison of bike culture being akin to a religious experience. A cult of concrete. Deities of the dirt. We created our own mythology that invented god-like characters that watched over and protected the road and its riders, abstract symbolism that captured a sense of mysticism and celebrated their seventh anniversary.

Invitation Only

Builders from around the world were invited to showcase their creations. Hand-lettered & letter-pressed summons were sent out to a select few. Those that participated were given floor space for all to appreciate.

The Event

It’s a full weekend of events, from flat track racing, ice-racing, to pop-up showcases at local bars, all bookending a 3-day ballroom showcase featuring the custom builds surrounded by entertainment and ephemera to immerse oneself in.

Refreshments & Adornments

Each year, Mama Tried partners with a local brewery or distillery to fashion a few custom refreshments for the event as well as producing and providing a healthy dose of apparel and merch.
